LOCATION: The apartment house is situated in the centre of Bibione, 150 m from sandy beach and 100 m from the main street with many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
ACCOMMODATION:
- MONOLOCAL for 2-3 persons comprises of one room with two or three beds and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony.
- BILOCAL for 4 persons consists of bedroom with two beds and living room with double folding sofa, kitchenette and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony.
- BILOCAL for 5 persons consists of bedroom with three beds and living room with double folding sofa, kitchenette and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony.
- TRILO for 6 persons consists of bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two separate beds or bunk beds and living room with double folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony.
BOARD: Self-catering.
FURTHER SERVICES: Parking lot with limited capacity.
ENTERTAINMENT: Amusement park is about 500 m and minigolf about 100 m from the apartment house.
LENGTH OF STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: Minimum length of stay is 7 nights. The arrival day is Saturday. It is possible to check in after 16,00. You should check out on Saturday by 10,00 AM.
PRICE INCLUDES: Rent of the apartment for 7 nights, insurance against insolvency.
COMPULSORY SURCHARGES: Refundable deposit 100 €/ apartment (paid in the resort), final cleaning Mono 2-3: 20 €/apartment (in the resort), Bilo 4 and 5: 30 €/ apartment, Trilo 6: 40 €/ apartment (except for kitchenette which has to be cleaned at departure, paid in the resort).
