LOCATION: Hotel Excelsior lies in central part of the resort, right on sandy beach. Promenade with shops, restaurants and cafes is only 50 m from the hotel.
ACCOMMODATIO: Nice double bed rooms with one or two extra beds available have bathroom with shower and toilet, telephone, SAT TV, safe, air-conditioning and balcony with side view of the sea.
BOARD: Breakfast in buffet style, served three-course dinners with choice of 5 menus and salad buffet.
HOTEL FACILITIES: Reception with entrance hall, restaurant, bar, terrace with bar, TV room, 2 lifts / elevators and car park. Public rooms are air-conditioned.
SPORT & RELAX: At clients’ disposal there are 2 pools, one of them heated, pool for children, table tennis, tennis court (charged), beach volleyball, multi-functional playground.
LENGTH OF STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: Minimum length of stay is 7 nights. The arrival day is Saturday. It is possible to check in after 14,00. You should check out on Saturday by 10,00 AM.
In terms 12 May – 15 June and 1 September – 16 September 2007 minimum length of stay is 3 nights (price and capacity on request).
PRICE INCLUDES: Rent of the apartment for 7 nights, using the pool, parking, beach service (2 deckchairs or seats and 1 umbrella / room), insurance against insolvency.
COMPULSORY SURCHARGES: Child under 2 years 11 €/ day (cot and meals, paid at the hotel).
OTHER SURCHARGES: For 1/1 room 2 320 SKK/ week (on request), 7 x lunch 2 030 SKK/person, direct sea view 2 320 SKK/ person/ week (on request), refrigerator 1.50 €/ day (on request, paid at the hotel), garage 4 €/ day (on request, paid on the spot), small pets 3 €/ day (has to be announced, paid at the hotel), comprehensive travel insurance Union 40 SKK/ person/ day.
