The Island of ISCHIA is the largest island of the Gulf of Naples, west
of Italy. The capital of the island is the town of Ischia, which consists of two parts: Ischia Ponte
and Ischia Porto. Ischia Ponte is the oldest part of the city and Ischia Porto is the liveliest centre
of the island. Vineyards, fruit orchards and pine groves create the typical picture of the country.
